With increasing search personalization and the addition of Google’s RankBrain manipulating part of our ability to rank in Google search, it’s impossible to “win” the search game just by following a checklist.
Or at least that was my takeaway from Search Love Boston. Every online marketer needs to understand their target audience, build content and promotion around that data, and create an SEO testing plan to ensure that their content is not only getting the organic traffic it deserves but also so that it reaches your audience, they click through to your site AND they convert.
